Eligibility Criteria
For the subsidy to be directed to the right hands, you must fulfil the following requirements for eligibility in the scheme:
- You must be a permanent resident of Punjab and hold a valid CNIC.
- You must own agricultural land in the range of 1 to 50 acres.
- You must be verified in the land record in the Punjab Land Record Management & Information System (LRMIS).
- You must not have received a tractor in any previous government scheme nor be a bank defaulter.
How to Apply
Applying to receive your subsidized tractor has never been easier! The Punjab Government has made the application process simple, with options for both online and offline submission.
- Online Registration: For the quickest way to start, please visit the official portal: gts.punjab.gov.pk. Fill in the online application form with your details, CNIC, and details from your land record.
- Offline Registration: Alternatively, you can attend the nearest Deputy Director of Agriculture (Extension) office. Ask for the application form, fill in your details, attach all relevant documents, and apply directly to the staff.
- Verification and Balloting: Once the application window closes, all applicants meeting the requirements will be entered into a secure and open digital balloting process.
- Allotment and Payment: If you are successful, you will receive an allotment letter. You will then need to pay your share of the price, and the government subsidy will be deducted from the tractor price directly.
