How to Apply Online

It should be noted that there is a process of dual portal application, and all applicants will need to apply on both the websites of HEC, and of the specific country scholarship application.

  • Register on the HEC Portal: To get started on the HEC Scholarship Portal, create an account OR log in to the HEC Scholarship Portal. You are required to complete your profile including all personal and academic details.
  • Apply on the Host Country’s Portal: You MUST also complete an online application on the website of the foreign government or the educational institution offering the scholarship (e.g. France, New Zealand, etc.)
  • You must complete both applications: You are required to complete and submit online applications in both portals. If either is missing, your application will be rejected.
  • Keep your documents organized: While you do not need to submit hard copies at this stage, do keep all your documents (such as transcripts, degrees, etc.), so that you can provide attested copies of them at a later stage in this selection process.
