With the newly launched 8171 web portal, the government has made it easy for you to simply check the eligibility and payment status from the comfort of your home. Providing aid to the lowest-income families, the program now offers eligibility and payment verification, quickly and transparently with newly introduced online services and SMS. The latest installment, amounting to PKR 13,500, has been released to eligible beneficiaries.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for BISP payments, all you have to do is meet a few basic criteria based on the NSER survey.
- You must be a low-income citizen of Pakistan.
- You or your family should not hold any government jobs.
