  • Enrollment: You must actually be a student enrolled in a public sector university or an HEC-recognized degree-awarding institution.
  • Academic Performance: Students in a semester system (BS) must have a minimum CGPA of 2.80 (equivalent to a minimum of 70%); students in an annual system must have a minimum of 60% marks.
  • Previous Recipients: Students who have previously received a laptop under a HEC or PMY Youth Program scheme are not eligible for the scheme.
  • Degree Program: Students typically eligible for the scheme are those enrolled in 4 year BS programs, Master’s, M.Phil. and Ph.D. programs.
