Eligibility Criteria:
The programme aims to be accessible to all students at all levels of education. To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a government or private educational institution/campus located in Punjab.
- Applicant must have a valid Punjab domicile.
- Students having an Education qualification from grade 6 to higher education.

How to Apply:
The application process is expected to be simple and will be rolled out in phases. Here’s what you need to know:
- The phases of registration should roll out in July, August 2025.
- You should gather your documents in advance, including your CNIC or NADRA B-Form, school or college ID, a couple of recent passport-sized photos, and a Punjab Domicile.
- You will most likely apply through an online portal and/or through your institution, and all information collected will be confirmed by the relevant authorities.
- The rollout of the card is expected in July 2025, starting with students in Lahore and Multan and following with the rest of the province.
