The annual examinations of the 12th class of the Sargodha Board began on April 19, 2024. The board published a date sheet one month before the exams, and the results will be announced on September 18, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

- Check the “News & Events” section.
- Select “Intermediate part 2”.
- Select the 2025 year.
- Select “Annual Exams”.
- Put your roll number in the box.
- Click “Show Result”.
- Your results will show on the screen.
By Name
- Visit: www.bisesargodha.edu.pk.
- Check the “News & Events” section.
- Select “Online Results”.
- Choose the Intermediate Exam type and select the year 2024.
- Select “Annual Exam” (or “Supplementary” if you took that).
- Press “Select by Name”.
- Type your name and press “Show Result”.
- Your result will show on your screen, and you can download it as a PDF.

- Type your roll number in a message.
- Text the message to 800290.
- You will receive your results in an SMS shortly thereafter.
