ATM Card: The cash assistance is delivered to the recipient on an ATM card, giving them convenient access to cash from any branch or ATM of the Bank of Punjab, where the card can be used.
Rehabilitation and Training: The Himmat Card is more than just cash benefits. The aim is to assist PWDs to become active and productive citizens by providing free technical training and rehabilitation services.

Eligibility Criteria: Who Can Apply?

How to Apply: Your Path to Financial Support

We have made applying for the Himmat Card simple. You can follow these steps to register and apply for your Himmat Card:

Disability Certificate: You must acquire an official disability certificate from the Punjab Social Welfare Department. This certificate is proof of your disability status.
Check PMT Score: Confirm your Proxy Means Test score is 45 or lower. The PMT score allows the BISP system to show that you are a low-income beneficiary.
Complete your DPMIS: Confirm that you have completed the Disabled Persons Management Information System (DPMIS) with your correct information, including CNIC, address, and Mobile Number.
Visit the Social Welfare Office: After gathering the documents for your application and completing the DPMIS step, you can bring your completed application to your District Social Welfare Office.
Verification and card delivery: Once you deliver the completed application to the Office, a field verification team will contact you personally to fill out the verification details. Once approved and verified, you will receive your Himmat Card, which is an ATM card that you can use to withdraw your quarterly stipend.
