- Targeted Loans: Money is only provided for directed–purpose loans for the buying of animal feeds (i.e., wanda, silage, and mineral mixtures) from registered dealers, promoting the health and growth of your animals.
- Digital Access: Loans use a Livestock Card as payment for credit, putting all your money and purchases on one payment platform.
- Offered Support: The scheme can provide financial help to farmers up to Rs. 270,000 for their farming operations, thus amounting to real substantive investment in livestock as working capital.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the CM Punjab Livestock Card, applicants must meet a number of requirements established to support small farmers in the province. An applicant must be a Punjab resident with an active mobile SIM card registered in their name and have a valid CNIC. You also must be entered in the Punjab Livestock Department’s computerized database (9211) and must have five to ten calves or cattle. You must not have any past defaults on loans and must have good credit.
